Who is the best real estate broker to work for in New Jersey?
I am looking to take a real estate course and then the exam but would like to get details on who is the best broker (REMAX, Weichert, Blue…) to work for and get the best possible commision split and training.

That is two different questions, which is the best office to sign up to get your license and training and then which is the best to work for. They don’t have to be the same. And the only way you are going to find out is by looking at want ads and calling the offices and asking. If you aren’t licensed then just focus on the first part and don’t worry about commission splits etc, you can always switch offices as soon as you are licensed and trained. Rico

To find out where you feel the best fit, call and make appointments with several brokers. They will be glad to answer your questions and concerns. Also ask for a tour so you can get a general vibe of the office. After doing your research you’ll know who’s the best.
