Use a broker.
You can call “chris” at he can help you out, lots of connections in the small biz broker world.
If it is a small retail store, you might be better off selling it in your local real estate catalog (the kind you get free at the market)
You can also try craigslist.org. However, brokers will also help find you the buyer, which is the biggest benefit.
