What kind of business do you think I should open?

I have been working the last two years as the office for a small commercial sealants installation company. I know a lot about running a small commercial construction office. Before this job, I worked as an estimator for a sign company.
I would like to open my own business, and I think maybe a sign broker or maybe a virtual assistant which specializes in commercial construction? I am great with math, organization, task management, design and problem solving.
Any ideas?

You need to decide what you actually enjoy doing and then develop a business plan that will show u whether it is viable or not sham
