What kind of a real esate agent do I need to find a space for my business?

Any agent can help but most larger offices have agents who specialize in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate

Look for someone specializing in property manangement/rentals. They help landlords find good tenants and will usually be more familiar with the market in your area. Good Luck!

Any licensed agent can help you, but I’d suggest finding one that specializes in Commercial Real Estate. They will probably know of more places, that may not be listed in the MLS, threw their connections.
Look on Realtor.org for a realtor in your area specializing in commercial real estate.
