Are you aware of any sources to get industry reports, such as average broker client rentention - I am at 98%, I think the average is at 85%, but I need third party data?

Or can I study and pass the exams for Insurance Broker without a time constrant. I’m pretty smart and capable, and would like to just go do it, and start building up my own business. I don’t know what the Broker Exam is called. What I have found seems a little abstract. Any help?
