Does it worth to apply a broker license to sell your own properties ?

My brother is looking to sell his own properties but did not want to pay much on commission . So his wife applied for a broker license.

But after she got my broker license , they went into a situation that needs a lot of money , so they want to sell their 3 properties .

After more than 6 months ,they still did not sale our properties yet . I wonder is that because buyers don’t like to buy house from broker’s own properties ??

Any advice on this situation ?

Is it unethical to use more than one broker when buying a house?

My concern is if this broker doesn’t find me my dream house, I may have to use another one later.
