so i am just thinking to create a brokerage/website where orders will cost a fixed $1 dollar. I know there are many expenses/problems, etc. I am just asking if you think customers will be attracted to such thing or they will stick to known names like etrade, scottrade, etc.

Hi, my idea is BeforeMLS.COM

It will be a listing service before you list with a a Real Estate Agent. You will get this for free if you agree to list with an Agent after your 30 Day listing period for free. That way if you neighbor wants to buy your house before you list you can sell it to him without paying real estate broker/agent commission. After 30 days you list with a qualified agent. Also if you do not want to deal with an Agent you would pay your $ to be listed on the site.

I have completed my business plan for a new internet, request based business idea. Are there companies that can be hired as a broker to attract investor capitol. How do I get my plan into the hands of the right people but protect myself from being pirated. I understand the use of a NDA but will I even get the time of day if I start with a NDA. Are there companies to help newbees

Where can I find an investor for a business idea - good security, good returns of 3% per month?

I am an experienced businessman operating as a broker for business loans. Rather than keep placing the loans I want to use my own funds and administer the loans, making the additional profit of the interest on the loans. I do not have sufficient funds but can offer an attractive deal to an investor who will be well secured as a co-lender and earn a very good return on the investment.
I can be contacted at my yahoo email address, finmanaus@yahoo.com.au
