My friends has always a bad experience regarding this. When they are recruiting you, they seems to be that they will walk you through the complete process, after you signed in, it’s a “you’re on your own - and left them (3 of them) confused and like a child left in a big grocery store, they don’t know what to do and where to go. Is real estate business really a business for hard-core people? These realtors (husband and wife) is even doing bible study at their house (as if it’s really true to their heart) but I noticed and felt it’s all fake and using bible study as a medium to get to people. Is there anybody out there that still a good hearted person doing real estate and loan mortgage? How are you doin’ if you are in the same boat as my relatives and friends are??? These adults are confusing me too.

Has anyone ever had a bad experience with a real estate broker in NYC?

This is really a very informal survey regarding the business. I know I’ve had some bad experiences, but I’m curious to see if it’s the nature of the business, or if my case is isolated. Also, if you’ve had a good experience tell me who it’s been with.
