I’ve found a business I’m interested in purchasing, Ive only dealt with sellers realtor so what must I do next?

Im thinking business broker, attorney, accountant etc. but with so many con merchants out there I am at a loss of what I need and where to find them. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    Forget business broker. You need attorney, esp. commercial law attorney that preferably specialize in business ownership changes. Accountant too. Hopefully you already know how much you’ll offer, so have your attorney draw up an contract and specify what’s included and what’s not, and stuff like that. Accountant will double check your figures to make sure they’re reasonable and all that. Kasey C

    Do you currently know any business owners? It is best to approach someone who you are familiar with it and ask them about how you can go about your new venture. Ignatius
