Having a  particular degree really means very little but you will need a strong sales background and a large network of contacts for a firm to be interested in hiring you. There are no requirements for education or degrees, of which I am aware. You must also pass a series 63 for registration in any particular state. You must be registered with each state in which you prospect for or conduct business.
