so slow. i don’t even make enough money to pay all of my rent, electric, etc. i have been borrowing money from my family. i do have a broker bond which i have to keep that money in there in order to do business. if they take it i won’t have any income at all. can they take it out? it’s about 5k.
there is no “account”. there is a company that holds the money in case something happens like i don’t pay a driver, etc.

If in fact you declare bankruptcy - you won’t have an account - it is all included in your
bankruptcy - the bankruptcy court will handle all the money and you only get what
the judge approves you to get - and no more. In bankruptcy - you don’t have any
say so over your finances at all - - KlemKiddleHopper
