However, if you succeed, you will have a lot of in-bound calls. Simply take the listing, service it, and the 3%-6% commission is yours!

		<description>Realistically no. Most new Realtors (even if you're not new to the business, just the area) don't even make 100K a year, much less the numbers you're suggesting. It's common knowledge that the Realtors that farm an area and are common household names are the ones that get most of the market share. So even though you might have luck picking up a few homes, the big names will generally get the exclusive listing agreement/contract when they show up and give their rather impressive listing presentations. Realistically if you want to make that much, you really have to pay your dues or have enough startup money to farm, farm, farm.
