Look under real estate licenses--put in the name of the person, if her name is not there, she is not a license broker. The link below is for California. Or are they independent? If they do have a website or realty name, you can call or look it up online. Or you can try and google their name with broker (and the state you live in) and see what comes up. Thats how I found my broker and some general information.
