You call your state insurance commissioner, and file the complaint there. You might also want to call the insurance company, the marketing department, and let them know that their agent is trying to write policies fraudulently. mbrcatz

Call your State insurance department's consumer complaint division. You don't mention what State you are in so here is a link to all of the insurance departments in the U.S. Tom Z

Go elsewhere. Just when you find a good, honest one promise that you'll tell just as many people about the good one as you do the bad one. Insurance Pickle.com

Insurance Commissioner. You can bet the policy will never pay. This happens frequently, unfortunately. And companies seem to just let it go on as they collect premiums then don't pay if there is a claim because of "your" fraud. Never answer any insurance questions that are not exactly correct.

A friend's husband was told to not put he had been treated for liver disease, then when he was killed by a teen driver while pushing a stranded motorist's car off the road one night, the insurance company refused to pay the $250,000 policy. They had to litigate it for three years, all because the agent wanted the commission and told the husband to falsify the info. The insurance company may or may not have ever covered him with that treatment history, but the accident was not alcohol related. He was being a good neighbor. MoneyMonkey
