This is really a very informal survey regarding the business. I know I’ve had some bad experiences, but I’m curious to see if it’s the nature of the business, or if my case is isolated. Also, if you’ve had a good experience tell me who it’s been with.

I think it’s nature of the business, it is just an attitude they adopt because they think they are doing you a favor in selling you an apartment for $1,200 SF….
