I worked in banking for 6 months and in sales for a few months..

Technically, no you don’t need experience. Practically, why would any business hand over their business needs to someone with no experience. Would the bank you worked in hand over management of a branch bank to someone without experience? Find someone already in the business and try to get hired on to get the experience. Steve D
