So I think you have to be hired by a company to get them. Just so you know, I passed the series 7 with no problem, but that #$@#$@# 63! I could pass that after 4 tries, so I had to give up and go with another career. Make sure you study hard for that test, its crazy. This was back in 2005, so I dont know if things have changed.
