Mr. Questionair asked: I have a 2600 sq ft nails day spa salon (it’s very nice, it has 8 spa pedicure chairs, 8 manicure stations, 3 facial rooms, 2 Massage rooms and a laundry room. Pretty much fully equiped) that i want to get rid of fast because the rent is too high about $4,500/month. I tried posting on the classified and craiglist to sell the business for $15,000 which is very cheap just because i want to get rid of the business and get off the lease. I tried business broker and they said that the price im selling for is too cheap so they wont do it… my last message to that broker is that he can sell it for whatever value he want and we’ll just do 50/50 split. Im still waiting for his’ reply, but i dont know if that deal i made to him was good enough. Now what other option do i have? PLEASE HELP and sorry that my English is bad, i hope you understand me…
btw the business is in Inland Empire, Upland, CA…

Peter Behgoozi asked: I own a small business and order product from China. Every company claims to be a manufacturer, but it is apparent after a few orders that I am dealing with a broker and not the manufacturer directly. Is there a list anywhere or a way of verifying I am dealing directly with the manufacturer without expensive trial & error?

Dwayne H asked: I am interested in opening a finance broker business and came across the Click That Finance franchise package - it’s not really a franchise, they set you up and you retain 100% commission fees. My only concern was the £6000 asking price. Is there a need to spend this amount or could I set this up myself?
Also, how do I develop my relationships with lenders/brokers etc? And would there be enough income in it to warrant having a small office on a busy road to allow customers to come in?
Thanks in advance.

thebuffettour asked: There is a small amusement park for sale through a business broker. I am seriously interested but I he won’t give me any specifics because he says I am not a viable buyer because I don’t have money lined up, but I can even get banks or investors to commit because I don’t have the specifics. Is there a form of agreement that banks or investors can say as long as it looks good, they will provide funds. Since the park is mostly property and name, I feel it should be easier to get financing than for a standard type of company. The owners are will to seller finance to a point.
