Luckee asked: I have a boat I want to sell through the broker in the marina it’s in. Normally I wouldn’t think twice but due to the recession, I’m wondering what would happen if I sell it and the broker goes bust before transfering the money. Is there a way of protecting from this? Thanks guys.
