The IBBA is also the largest and most recognized organisation also. Check it out. I would advise you to have 3-5 years of income avilable to yourself or another means of generating income. It takes a very long time to establish your business. Your best bet is to work with an establish broker, to learn the business for that 3-5 year span. Also it will help your income potential if you obtain your real estate license. It will allow you to handle sales of businesses that include property. There is no reason to turn opportunities for income.
