Letsgoanswersomequestions8765 asked: I go to them for a quote and they give me a really good monthly rate. So after going through all the hassle of signing the paperwork, I notice that they have me as “Married” when in fact, I am single. When I pointed this out, they said “Oh, just make somebody up.” So basically, they tried to get me to commit fraud. There were a few more questionable things that they did and I cant get ahold of anybody there to deal with it. What happens if I get into an accident? They would investigate and see that I am not married and void the whole thing.

dozertank asked: I am looking into buying my first home. I live in Ontario Canada, and everyone is telling me to go to a mortgage broker. I thought I would have to go the bank first to see what I qualify for. Is a mortgage broker and a bank, the same thing? I also heard something about a ‘first time homeowner’ thing that is also available. I am so clueless about this and I don’t want to get ripped off. Please tell me what steps I need to take to finally get out of this stupid apartment.

why asked: A broker/agent here hires people to stay in line to purchase the 10 ticket limit for sporting events and concerts at face value then puts them for sale at a elevated price. Just curious what the difference between being a broker and scalper???
I think I might go into the ticket brokering business then. Its crazy that venues would even allow it but I guess as long as they get their cut they don’t care how much they are resold for.
