yongjiujunshi asked: A couple of vehicles has been damaged during transport. The broker is refusing to send payments unless they see proof that the insurance claim is going through. If it is wrong of them to withhold payment, is there some documentation from the DOT or FMCSA to prove that they are wrong. And what actions can I take to make them pay?

gregdaman925 asked: I was wondering what the difference was between a real estate broker and a real estate agent? How long would you have to go to school to be either one?
I pretty much got my answer to this question. Can a real estate broker act as both a broker as well as the agent? I plan on starting my own realty but want to do both jobs.

Tony J asked: I’ve done some minimal day trading in the past and am looking to get more serious with it. I know you need a minimum $25,000.00 balance and all….I’m just curious to hear from other day traders which broker they use and if they are happy with the service. Thank you.

Hitesh P asked: Hi
I want to know, according to UK laws and FSA regulations what can I do if my mortgage broker lied to the lender about my income? I accidently came to know this and broker is not yet accepting this. Mortgage lender is now asking for income proof (which broker wasn’t expecting) which would result in rejection in mortgage application. I have signed the document that the information in application is correct, but whatever was shown to me was different info. and not the one which is sent with application. and application was made on date prior to my signing date. What can I do to teach them a lesson, to get compensation. prefferably I do not want to spend money in hiring lawyer. The firm is FSA regulated, but it does not comply with FSA in this matter.
