I have been watching mortgage interest rates drop dramatically and recently was approached with a job opportunity, refinancing VA home loans. The job is 100% commission and pays well, but if the interest rates climb back up, I would be unemployed. Any thoughts?

njbvsjhbyiu H asked: I bought a business in Alabama. The broker was a indian who mis-represented the business and mis-guided me. He made me pay double the amount of what the business actually cost. He made some good commission from the seller. I found that he didn’t had a broker license. He was not even authorized to work and earn money in US because he is an F1 student.
Now, he made me sign a paper that I owe him $7000(which is actually brokage fees) and I will be paying him on 26th of jan. He also had added in the paper that I would have to pay fine $100 everyday If I couldn’t pay him on time as a penalty. He also made it notorized from a public notory.
Is this legal?? Can Anybody work as a business broker in Alabama? Where can I get the proper solution to this?? Do I really need to pay him?? where can I made a complain about this? I am in heavy loss plz give me the proper solution to this and proper idea about this!!!

I would like to open a finance brokerage in the UK but don’t know how to go about it. It could be personal loans or commercial. Could someone please suggest how I go about it and also tell me where I can get more information about this business. Also, if you’ve started up such a business, could you share your experiences? Finally, can anyone suggest a niche to focus on in this industry? Thanks!

Chgo1978 asked:
I just recently signed a listing agreement for my small business with a business broker. I have now decided that it would be best to close the business all together. Will I be able to get out paying a commission — Here’s one of the points on the listing agreement:
3. Seller agrees that if this listing is cancelled or the property withdrawn from sale during the listing term by Seller, the
commission shall become immediately due by Seller to Broker. If Seller refuses or is unable to comply with the listing
terms for any reason, thereby preventing disposition of the property during the listing term upon the terms set forth above,
the commission shall become immediately due by the Seller to the Broker.
